Oil <br />¼ cup finely chopped spring onion whites <br />2 tsp. finely chopped Garlic <br />½ cup thinly sliced carrots <br />¼ cup shredded cabbage <br />½ cup thinly sliced capsicum <br />1 tsp. Soy sauce <br />Salt to taste <br />A pinch of black peppercorns powder <br />2 tbsp. finely chopped spring onion greens <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. In a pan heat oil and add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder and stir. Keep aside to cool down. <br />2. In another pan heat oil, add onions, garlic, carrots, cabbage and capsicum. <br />3. Give it a toss and add noodles, soy sauce, salt and the chilli oil. <br />4. Toss it a few times and add black pepper, spring onions and mix. <br /> <br />Vegetable Hakka Noodles is ready to serve! You can serve it with hot Manchurian Gravy.
